Job Description:

• Lead a business development center
• Motivate and manage team to make specific number of outbound quality calls a day
• Schedule necessary appointments to increase overall car count to the service drive
• Come up with creative marketing ideas to increase business
• Compare market prices biweekly

Pay: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
