• Introduces customer to Mazda of Wooster negotiation free process and value statements.
• Facilitates conversation, at customer’s pace, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
• Matches customer needs with model and equipment and present vehicle in terms of customer’s interest
• Offers and accompanies customer(s) on test drive
• Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition and satisfies customer concerns.
• Conducts Mazda of Wooster delivery process, and follows up in prescribed manner with customers.
• Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Mazda of Wooster manner to develop customer loyalty.
• Coordinates with service and part department to ensure that customer requests are met.

Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
