ShortLine Parts is an E-commerce based business serving the agricultural industry. We have found a niche selling hydraulic parts both replacement parts and new components. This is a small but growing company that is a division of, and operating in conjunction with a larger company. In our next phase of growth of this company we require a person to add new products to the website, take phone orders, offer technical support all to grow sales.

The infrastructure and staff exists to grow this company even more than it has. What it needs today is a dedicated leader who knows the farm equipment parts industry and can identify the products needed to supply the unmet needs of this industry.

The successful individual will:

Have experience in the agricultural parts sales industry

Be able to interact with customers

Have a desire to grow and learn

Have an ability to understand and learn the E-commerce world

Have a good grasp on the sales cycle and inventory systems

Compensation:

This position will pay a base salary with a commission structure based on the growth of the company. This will create stable income with the potential for unlimited income in the future.

Base salary will be dependent upon experience and incoming abilities.

Health insurance is provided, 100% of the premiums for the employee are paid with the balance of the family (if applicable) paid by the employee

401K with Roth option on employee contributions

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Inventory management: 2 years (Preferred)
• E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
