Summary:
The Otis Americas organization has an exciting leadership opportunity within our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for defining, building, and implementing a world-class center of excellence for our sales organization. In this capacity, the position will provide overall leadership, program development, and sales process improvements for our future sales organization.

The position will report directly to the Executive Director, Sales & Marketing, Americas and will have direct leadership for centralized sales support and expanding the centralized sales operations and enablement center. This role will have a close working relationship with the regional and HQ sales leaders, branch and regional sales personnel, field operations, and other functional groups within the organization.

What you’ll do:
  • Build Sales Operations and Sales Enablement model
  • Drive sales efficiencies through a centralized and specialized support model
  • Lead and manage centralized sales process to accelerate growth, ensuring smooth and consistent processes that focuses on our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous process improvement strategy to streamline and reduce sales inefficiencies
  • Define sales methodologies, provide training, and support for sales processes and sales technologies
  • Manage the Sales Support, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement team
  • Manage the centralized sales pipeline for future opportunities

You should have:
  • Excellent strategic problem solving and financial modeling skills
  • Successful track record with presenting and interacting with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, and objectives and managing the interests of multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business process and research skills using a wide variety of primary and secondary sources
  • Proven team player that can motivate colleagues with competing priorities

Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, supplemented by 10+ years of sales, general management, and/or business development experience
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience managing P&L beneficial, but not required

Travel
  • Some travel will be required
