JOB DESCRIPTION

In 2011 Vitality Bowls was created in northern California from a commitment to provide healthy, high quality superfoods, smoothies, acai bowls and hand-crafted juices to communities throughout the US. The company is fast paced, exciting and has grown to over 70 stores. The company has an amazing opportunity with benefits for a Franchise Business Development Associate in the Danville, CA area whose primary role will be to lead all aspects of the Business Development strategy and process nationally.

Essential Functions

• Report to Director of Business Development
• Assist in handling all aspects assigned in the Business Development process and department
• Assist in all aspects of Franchise Development strategy & process, to include management of the FDD, sales process, lead generation, new franchise territory sales, territory creation, and existing franchisee transfers and renewals
• Manage incoming leads and generate new leads both organic and through Brokers
• Potential travel to conventions
• Participate in Discovery Day
• Establish positive franchisee support of the Franchise Development process. Assess and deploy franchise sales broker relationships
• Develop and deploy sales messaging through various mediums to most effectively convey the company's value proposition
• Incorporate the value of the company's brand, Mission Statement and Core Values throughout the selling process
• Utilize internal database
• Secondary Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales database and as the company grows, hire and manage franchise sales consultants.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ideally 1 or more years successful experience directly selling franchises
• Working knowledge of current industry sales management practices, approaches, tools, resources and skill sets vital to all aspects of Franchise Development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, smart phones, webinars and web related resources
• Presentation skills and experience one-on-one, with small and large groups
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and can be a brand ambassador

• Bachelor's
• Required experience:
• Franchise Sales: 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
