Full description of the position

Job Summary
The principal focus of this position is to develop opportunities and to grow CNW’s market share by selling net new Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions to designated accounts. This position will create recurring monthly revenue streams by selling a customized MPS contract to customers. Additionally, this position will also be responsible for developing long term relationships with key decision makers while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. The primary focus of this position will be the monthly recurring revenue with a minor equipment sales quota.
Earning Potential: $75-150K (salary + commissions & bonuses)
Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • General guideline for quotas includes a monthly compounding annuity target as an individual target and an equipment sales quota which would be a sales overlay split with the Account Representative.
  • Develop key relationships with decision makers and influencers from assigned customers and prospects
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of current product lines, business processes, and industry trends necessary to be successful
  • Develop new revenue from existing clients by consistently selling custom solutions
  • Account Management by way of Quarterly Account Reviews and timely follow-through with customers
  • Participating in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes as requested and on own
  • May host and conduct training (on and off site) to customers and sales representatives
  • Maintain a professional appearance and promote a positive company image at all times

Duties

  • The MPS Specialist interacts with both customers and the CNW Sales Team to provide substantial support with respect to inventory, mapping, paperwork and sales strategy on every transaction
  • Qualify prospective clients from an approved account list
  • Drive sales activity by continuously developing business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Create sales proposals
  • Deliver proposals and product demonstrations (on and off site)
  • Manage the day to day relationship with existing clients and provide knowledgeable advice about CNW products and services
  • Prepare and submit order paperwork
  • Understand CRM and all sections to support MPS Initiative including but not limited to: building proposals, TCO, and logging account activity
  • Training and self-development
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Industry Experience Preferred
  • High energy, activity driven sales professional
  • Interest in technology-driven solution selling
  • Experience interacting with C-level Executives, and business owners
  • Strong presentation skills, and high level positive inter-personal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Geography to cover accounts assigned in Western WA
  • Driving and occasional travel required
