Our company works with home health and home care agencies that work with patients, mostly seniors, who have been recently discharged from hospitals or rehabs. Through our various products and services, we help seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible. Among the services we provide to the agencies' patients are:

• Provide instant fall detection within the patient's home so that no one remains on the floor for hours, even days, before being discovered.
• Provide fall prevention through various products and services.
• Provide programs for maintaining and increasing mobility, balance, cognition and memory.
• Provide home modifications for safety and more comfort living at home

…and many others.

We also provide benefits directly to the agencies:

• Better outcomes for their clients/patients - clients remain longer
• Additional bottom line revenue from the products and services we provide to their patients
• Enable them to better qualify for hospital referrals of discharged patients

You will not have to "sell" the agency to join our program; they will already be enrolled.

Your job will be to explain our services to the agencies and encourage them to recommend our services, for their own benefit and the benefit of their clients, and instruct the appropriate individuals in the agencies on how to use our services.

Your training will take place in our Annapolis, MD, office but you will eventually work from your properly equipped home office. Training will commence early January and you will begin working with agencies mid-January.

• You must be outgoing and personable and able to establish relationships over the phone and Zoom.
• You must be excellent at explaining the products and services we provide.
• You should be experienced at using a CRM.
• You will be required to use marketing platforms we designate.
• In addition to working with agency employees, you may ocassionally be called on to work directly with consumers who are patients/clients of the agency.
• An understanding of clinical and non-clinical home health care agencies is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
