Spidexx Pest Control is hiring a full-time, year-round Inside Sales & Retention Specialist. You will play an important role in the success of our organization! The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the customer experience. In this position you will assess the pest control needs of potential customers and present them with the best possible solutions from our portfolio of service plans. This is a hybrid remote/onsite work arrangement after a 6 month training period.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while successfully managing multiple tasks
• Answer incoming sales calls, emails, click-to-chat web-based submissions and perform outbound sales calls in response to our marketing efforts
• Educate potential customers about our pest control and rodent service options, provide detailed quotes and schedule initial service
• Thoroughly communicate the appropriate information to customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing, in a friendly, caring manner
• Accurately document results of each call
• Follow up with potential customers by phone and email
• Continually build upon product knowledge and refine sales techniques
• Weekend Availability

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; some college course work in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related subject matter preferred.
• Minimum two to three years customer service/call center experience and/or inbound or outbound telephone sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum typing skills 45 WPM.

Regular business hours:

Weekday: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm.

Weekend: Saturdays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

**Must have open availability to be scheduled during regular business hours and rotating Saturdays**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
