Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the electronic manufacturing industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Business Development Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Find new opportunities with existing customers and find new customers

2) Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products and services to prospective customers

3) Recommend improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs and increase performance

4) Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers in a position to influence future requirements

5) Contribute to engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives

6) Develop and execute strategies for increased customers by selling additional products and services

7) Set strategic goals and tactical plans to achieve significant growth and build on the culture of achieving those goals within a high success/high reward environment

8) Work closely with customer engineers and purchasing to ensure product and design requirements are identified

9) Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Critical Requirements

1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

2) Recent experience in the electronic manufacturing industry is strongly preferred

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
