Full description of the position

We are a customer centric insurance agency looking to hire an energetic, smart and enthusiastic Account Executive to service and help grow our existing property and casualty book.

Schedule is flexible. Position can be structured as part-time or full-time; we will work with you to find a schedule that fits for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Explain features and offer solutions of various policies to fit the needs of each client.
• Quote new business, prepare proposals and present to both existing and prospective clients.
• Identify sales opportunities to cross sell to existing clients.
• Respond to client policy and coverage inquiries and conduct account reviews.
• Resolve billing questions and assist clients with claims issues.
• No cold calls required.

Requirements:

· Exceptional customer service instincts

· Property and Casualty insurance experience required

· Strong work ethic

· Solid organizational skills

· Self-disciplined and Self-motivated

· Comfortable with Microsoft Office

· Must possess excellent communication skills
