RND Automation, a rapidly expanding robotic automation, assembly & packaging equipment company is seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will support sales booking goals and marketing activities for the company.

• Lead the planning of and managed activities, timelines, and logistics for events, conferences, and tradeshows.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams with the creation of routine emails, scheduling, and other administrative activities as needed.
• Assist sales and marketing with content creation, including videos and still shots.
• Follow up on sales leads as directed by the sales team.
• Request and track information, samples, budgets, project timing, etc., from customers to enable applications engineering to create quotes.
• Perform CRM administrative work such as data management, list uploading, list cleansing, dashboard creation, and reports, as needed.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, scheduling and coordinating shows and conferences, shipping and logistics of show materials and booth items, rental items, carpets, networks, etc., for all marketing efforts.
• Maintain the inventory of promotional items.
• Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing presentations.
• Handle specific projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years’ experience supporting sales and marketing.

• 
  Knowledge of sales processes
• Excellent customer service
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems
