Summary
The Director will drive the commercial vision for the Speed Services business. This position requires a leader who is
able to facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and influencing
skills. This role will focus and lead the implementation of key strategic margin drivers and innovative solutions
opening the window to market and accelerating growth. The Director will join an entrepreneurial, hi-potential team in a
start-up like environment and be ok disrupting the status-quo. Keys to success for this role will be the leader’s ability to
work within the organization at all levels creating value and buy-in for Southwire SPEED’s vision and growth.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  • Empower and engage the commercial team to ensure high eNPS, retention, and attraction.
  • Identify, implement, and accelerate commercial opportunities to increase growth and profitability.
  • Establish and drive new revenue streams through opening the window to market.
  • Develop and deploy commercial strategies to increase engagement of key stakeholders.
  • Enhance and drive best in class internal and external customer experience platform.
  • Maintain, optimize, and leverage relationships with key stakeholders, including Agents, National Account
Managers, Regional Sales Leadership, Product Managers, Operations and Logistics teams.
  • Lead efforts to drive brand awareness through holistic and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support the continued build out of the Speed web presence and help drive the digital customer experience.
  • Partner with marketing to drive social media campaign.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree along with 6 plus years related experience. MBA a plus.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of all Southwire solutions, wire and cable products and applications.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an aptitude to challenge the status quo and possess a
proactive solution-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, organization, presentation, exceptional interpersonal
skills including a unique ability to network with a wide variety of groups.
  • Knowledge of Southwire IT systems including SAP is a plus.
  • Preferred candidate will be located in Georgia, but remote applicants will be considered.
