London Bay, a luxury custom homebuilder with over 30 years of experience, is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist will play a key role in the design, development and execution of digital lead generation activities, marketing automation, and digital communications campaigns. They are responsible for the technical design and development of triggered and automated processes, customer journeys, digital assets (websites and landing pages), and programs utilizing relevant marketing technology platforms. This is a highly cross-functional role that works with internal teams and digital marketing vendors to execute and when necessary, automate, key processes. Oversight and troubleshooting of data integrations with third parties as needed. Internal clients include all London Bay Brands; with heavy concentration on Saltleaf Development (i.e. residential , marina, golf, etc.)
Job Description:
- Develop and execute HubSpot initiatives, including email automations, landing pages, lead forms, segmentation development, reporting / analysis and campaign optimization.
- Develop and optimize lead nurture programs to accelerate the conversion path to foot traffic.
- Develop sales training protocol for Hubspot to ensure all users are correctly inputting data so that sales data reporting to key stakeholders is consistent and accurate.
- Train sales staff on Hubspot CRM prior for all new and existing employees.
- Report weekly to DOS to ensure proper flow for lead capture, lead follow up and health of lead input into CMS.
- Work directly with DOM, organic social media team, and sales team to identify ways to optimize existing marketing initiatives, automate processes and launch new campaigns that will increase internal operational efficiencies and improve funnel engagement.
- Increase and optimize website traffic, audience identification/targeting and conversion.
- Develop and execute re-engagement campaigns.
- Analyze reporting to extract key learnings to share with the broader team to improve future campaign performance.
- Subject matter expert, super-user and product advocate of our digital system - actively participate in user forums/obtain certifications as needed.
- Assist in the management and support of website projects.
- QC websites to ensure content is correctly curated.
- Manage lead and data processes, providing documentation for key stakeholders.
- Continually make improvements to lead qualification practices.
- Work on special assignments as outlined by DOS or DOM.
· Experience with digital communication and digital event invites (numerous accounts)
· Website updates/maintenance and electronic file management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Must have a College Degree in related field and three years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Experience/Background: A degree in Marketing/Public Relations or related field. Minimum of three years’ experience in digital marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud or Marketo, as well as email marketing strategy and design.
Mandatory Experience/Background: Two years of relevant work experience. Must have valid Driver’s License. Must possess exceptional organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 20 pounds; able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
