Full salary package is up to $60,000 per year which will include a base salary & bonus. 401k is included.

Redwood Outdoors is an exciting e-commerce company that specializes in outdoors products. We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-motivated individual to join our Inbound Sales team! What You'll Do in the role:

• You will build trust and rapport with customers to help them buy the right outdoor product for their needs.
• You will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound sales calls
• You will email customers to help them understand their purchase decision
• You must meet or exceed all targets for revenue, conversion rate, customer satisfaction and more
• You must always put the customer first and be a good representative for our company when speaking to them

What You'll Need for the role:

• 2 + Years sales experience in a target driven sales environment
• College degree required /High School Diploma
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills **
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning/using software applications required for the role
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to commute to location in Tukwila, WA
• Must be able to communicate orally and verbally in English
