ID&C is a leading provider of room key wristbands and key cards for some of the largest and most exciting brands in the industry, including The Ritz Carlton, Atlantis, SLS Baha Mar, The Four Seasons, Wyndham Destinations and more. We have an exciting Opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our Resorts and Hospitality sales team in Bradenton, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Help retain and grow a book of business: responsible for contacting hospitality industry customers and reaching out to potential new brands. (Territory – USA).
• Efficiently manage all communications, administration and quality control issues from initial customer contact to quote/order processing, production timelines, payment, and complaint resolution.
• Cross-company collaboration: you’ll be working with all areas of our business; Marketing, Operations, Art & Design, Logistics. Communication skills are vital to success.
