Duties and Responsibilities of this position include:

· Answer and re-direct incoming Sales calls.

· Handle the production and distribution of leases, forms and documents for our Sales Team.

· Prepare outgoing Sales/Customer Service mail, faxes, Fed Ex, etc.

· Copying, scanning and filing of documents/emails.

· Point person for corresponding with multiple departments on behalf of the Sales Dept.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to follow up on tasks and give updates as needed.

· Written and oral communication skills.

· Organization

· Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines, while maintaining courtesy and

professionalism.

· Attention to detail and enjoys working on multiple projects.

• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
