The Solana Doylestown is currently recruiting for a Director of Marketing and Sales. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales program to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for the community. This person is a key member of the community’s management team adhering to company policy and procedures and upholding the company’s mission, philosophy and values.

This schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday.

*A Sign-On Bonus will be offered for the person that joins our team!

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing/sales preferred
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in marketing and sales and/or knowledge of senior living industry
• Management experience preferred

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION OR OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess current and valid driver’s license consistent with the requirements determined by size of vehicle and laws of the state in which the driver is licensed
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Must be self-disciplined, driven, able to demonstrate initiative, maintain confidentiality, competitive, attentive to details, persistent, and personable

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
