A leader in the insulation industry and after-paint products is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager for the state of Georgia focusing on Atlanta and surrounding areas.

We are seeking an aggressive, but professional and enthusiastic candidate to fill a Territory Sales Manager position. This is a great opportunity for a proven leader with the right motivation and drive and who has the willingness to accept new challenges.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have previous experience of sales for multiple locations while taking accountability for reaching targets. This position will require the ability to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Increase sales within an existing customer base by identifying competitive advantages and surrounding the sale.
• Hire, develop, evaluate, and influence effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of incredible customer service throughout.
• Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals

This key person will be responsible for working with other Regional Managers and Regional Sales Managers within the territory.

Requirements

70% to 90% travel is required

Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
