OUR opportunity.

Our Tempe AZ site is seeking a Field Applications Engineer for our busy and growing business. Our FAE will directly interface with procurement and Radiall's engineering groups to come up with the most effective and profitable Radiall products/solutions. This is a pivotal and key position within the Marketing and Engineering Departments of the Company.

-Act as Engineering liaison between customers and R&D
-Work closely with Sales Dept. to develop business opportunities in North America
-Maintain technical relationships with key customers and support implementation of added-value products
-Serve as the sales focal point for special interconnect projects and programs

When not traveling to customer sites, the FAE will enjoy a Hybrid work Schedule and work from our beautiful Tempe, AZ office (conveniently located off of the I-10 and Warner Road) with a work from home opportunity after a brief orientation period. Enjoy interacting with our sales and engineering departments in our gorgeous climate controlled office building with casual work attire. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate both your engineering and sales skills.

WHAT you need.

- To comply with ITAR, must be US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
-A.S. or B.S. in Engineering from 4-year college or experience in lieu of degree
-Sales engineering and/or training and experience with RF/ARINC/38999 interconnect components -desirable
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Self starter with ability to travel 25%
