SmartTalent is Hiring an Inside Sales Representative/ Inventory clerk. The ideal candidate would handle Shipping and Receiving, provide excellent Customer Service to Clients, and be a coachable employee who is willing to obtain the skills to learn the skills required for this job. We are looking for someone in the Lynnwood area who can start right away !

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay $25h-32hr DOE

Job Duties and Requirements:

• 2+ years inside sales experience
• Technical school training background is desirable.
• Product knowledge or industry experience an asset.
• Knowledge of electrical apparatus is desirable: (AC and DC Motors, Variable Frequency Drives, Soft Starters, Motors, Controls)
• Communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Positive attitude and ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
• Strong work ethic and high regard to customer service
• Good understanding of the logistics/transportation industry
• Display excellent computer skills.
• Confidence and proficiency in Microsoft Office:Outlook, Word, Excel
• Shipping/ Receiving Experience is desirable.
• Ability to lift to 60lbs occasionally.
• ERP experience is desirable.
• Forklift competent
• Employee Will need a Passport or Enhanced Drivers License for trainings in Canada
