Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, hard working and detailed oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Manager. Camlock Systems is a leader in electronic and mechanical locking and also focuses on access control.
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing an assigned territory and new market development. You should be able to maintain a strong relationship the clients and be able to attract and manage new customers.
In addition to this, you should possess excellent ability to solve problems as well as outstanding communication skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should be able to achieve the desired sales target.
Responsibilities
- Preparing territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Travelling within the assigned territory as and when required.
- Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned territory.
- Explaining to the customer the product and services offered by the company.
- Determining the sales and marketing methods for increasing sales within the assigned territory.
- Meeting company expectations.
- Taking feedback from customers on a timely basis.
- Conducting survey to understand their specifications.
- Creating brand awareness within the assigned territory.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.
- Analyzing sales results and metrics.
- Keeping check on the competitor's sales activities.
- Adhering to all the rules and regulations.
- Staying up to date with the latest sales industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
- Work experience in sales.
- Demonstrate excellent sales skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
