We are seeking an energetic learner with keen attention to detail and a passion for exceptional customer service to fill our Sales Support Specialist Role. Under the direct supervision of our Senior National Account Executive, this candidate will deliver outstanding pre-/post-Sales support to drive revenue, while continuing to advance their knowledge in sales, products, and services.
Essential Functions
- Build and retain a working knowledge of company product information, services, equipment, and marketing promotions.
- Assist Sales Team in relaying critical information to Field Service technicians, warehouse, production, and other areas of the company.
- Assist Sales Team in preparing pricing, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Contact customers to complete sales information needed to process orders.
- Using information from Sales Team and customers, draft cohesive work orders for Field Service Technicians that allows for successful onsite job completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify resources and equipment needed to facilitate successful customer solutions and outcomes.
- Ensure onboarding processes are precisely executed to build a strong customer relationship foundation.
- Respond to and resolve ongoing customer inquiries, including delivering customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges.
- Steward customer relationships by providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources relating to iTech's products and services throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle.
- Implement strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Timely and accurately enter/update customer and equipment data into Salesforce, OneNote, Customer Setup Sheets, and QuickBooks.
- Work on projects of varying complexity.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and competing client requests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote), Salesforce, and QuickBooks.
- Ability to react to changes quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- An outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude.
