At Quality First Home Improvement we specialize in a wide range of home improvement services, including roofing, gutters, solar panels, energy storage solutions, paint and coating services, windows and doors, concrete work, HVAC, and attic insulation.

As a member of our Sales Department, you will have the opportunity to:

* Showcase your exceptional sales skills and close deals
* Provide expert advice and guidance to our valued customers

Requirements:
* Clean driving record/ Valid driver’s license, and carry required level of auto insurance

* Reliable transportation

* Prior experience in sales (preferably in the home improvement industry)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Referral program

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Campbell, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
