North Star Insurance Advisors provides insurance options to families looking for the security and protection our policies provide. As an Office Manager, you will be overseeing a group of Lead Generation Specialists, focusing on their development, growth, and professional accountability.

Job Summary - Office Manager

• Team Managers oversee a group of lead generators, providing support and direction to exceed company goals and increase retention.

Description - Office Manager

• Have a positive attitude and provide courteous, friendly service to all internal team members and external customers, by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of lead generators both in-house and remote to ensure the team is meeting goals and redirecting as needed
• Communicates regularly with the lead generator team both in person and virtually to provide recognition, coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when appropriate
• Measures team performance; communicate goals and quotas to the team; encourages and motivates lead generators as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas
• Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices
• Assists with overall team member development, including training and in the moment coaching
• Anticipate needs and jump on phones as needed to ensure providing high volume quality leads to sales agents
• Prepares and presents daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by the Director of Lead Generation
• Assists with interviewing and selection of new lead generators
• Duties may vary based on the departmental needs

Qualifications - Office Manager

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong technical abilities'

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
