Full description of the position

Lead the sales executive and writers to achieve results by making and executing plans to achieve objectives. Manage the sales executive to fill the sales pipeline and close deals within the framework of an established, proven sales process. Lead a team of marketing/RFP writers to produce compelling content and meet deadlines. Earn a base salary of $6,375.00 + $1,125.00 in incentives based up on your qualifications and results, and receive a generous leave, retirement and health insurance package.

• Maintain marketing campaign process execution
• Develop and meet marketing campaign schedules
• Manage content writers to achieve marketing campaign objectives
• Manage RFP execution to achieve submission deadlines with high quality
• Track sales metrics to success, problem solve obstacles in the sales pipeline

To succeed in this role, you must be an expert project manager and coach with a proven ability to hit tight deadlines. You must be eager to learn new things, from assembling RFP responses to understanding the execution of an engineered sales process. You also should be eager to innovate and willing to lend your expertise, when asked, throughout the organization.
