We are hiring a Senior Account Executive for central Wisconsin!
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for sales growth in an assigned territory and/or vertical markets, developing value-based customer relationships, engaging new prospects and closing new business. This position will develop and grow customer business.
Business Development
- Builds relationships with key decision-makers and acts as a liaison and point of contact with customers. Creates value for existing customers through product applications knowledge, consultative selling and business acumen.
- Develops new prospects and continually plans and tracks additional sales initiatives.
- Presents informative and persuasive presentations to existing and potential customers.
- Remains familiar with standard sales practices, concepts and procedures.
- Meets or exceeds established sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Provides information and customer feedback to Customer Service and Process Planning to help prepare new quotes, follow-up on expedites and improve the overall level of customer service.
- Works closely with Project Mangers to endure the successful launch of new products.
Account Management
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all divisions of the account.
- Tracks and reports status of opportunities in a CRM tool.
- Provides annual forecasts and quarterly revenue streams.
- Establishes and sustains executive level contacts within assigned accounts.
- Manages expenses at a reasonable level.
- Drives customer satisfaction through exceeding account expectations.
- Represents a single point of contact for global business.
