Renew Roofing has been around since 2013 owned by a husband and wife duo. We service just about all of Wisconsin, many parts of Minnesota, and a small area in Missouri and are continuously looking to expand.

Let's start with what you are most interested in. The compensation. We don't do pizza parties and we know you can't pay your bills with "culture". But we do like to still have fun once in a while as a team. This position is a pay for performance position. It's really easy to make six figures following our systems and processes. We want to grow, so we are looking for more sales reps that want to be top producers.

• We will help you set a schedule that is most effective for you
• When you take time off, you are not expected to answer phone calls or reply to emails
• We do offer a salary, and we offer a commission on top of that salary. The salary is there for sanity
• If you are a people person and can follow our process, we have the machine for you to succeed
• You should be able to lift 75lbs, you might be asked to move a ladder or a bundle of shingles
• If you are afraid of heights, this probably isn't for you but if you can fly a drone well, then the heights thing doesn't matter
• Basically, we want you to sell roofs, which is something people need, so it's pretty easy

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
