RV Sales Professional

All American Coach, a family owned & operated RV dealership in Sylvania, OH is seeking a motivated sales professional seeking a career in the RV industry. Since opening our doors in 1972 we have made it our business to help campers from all walks of life find the RV that fits their needs and budget.

Candidates will have excellent communications skills, be proficient in typical office computer use, and have a strong personal motivation to succeed. Due to the nature of the business, sales staff should expect to work most Saturdays with a day off during the week.

This position has virtually unlimited earning potential, compensation includes a base salary plus commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities

· Clearly communicate product options to interested customers

· Maintain contact with customers throughout their customer cycle (before purchase, during pickup, and after delivery)

· Maintain the product display to showcase products for purchase

· Document all customer interactions in our CRM

· Follow up with potential sales leads

· Assist customers at our dealer location & showroom

· Other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to acquire a Sales License with the State of Ohio
• Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to move up and down steps regularly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
