Inside Sales Representative

Compensation:

• Proven 1st year on target earnings $85,000 - $105,000, hourly wage plus un-capped commission*
• Hourly rate plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Selling turf in-store to walk-in clients
• Creating business relationships for future sales
• Cold calling homeowners/landscapers/business owners to sell turf
• Working closely and effectively with our sales team to achieve sales quotas
• Create invoice and collect payments

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Possess strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with Cold Calls and other Outbound Sales Activities
• Must be good with people and able to provide excellent customer service
• Available between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday, Saturdays as Needed.
• Must always have a great positive attitude
• Must be a go-getter/self-starter and be hungry to make sales
• Must be capable of hearing "NO" many times before making that big sale
• Must have a team first mindset
• Ability to process sales/ Handle money
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to adapt to change

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish

Required Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent
