Annually our past average Sales Representatives earned $90,816 in commission and numerous earned over $200,000. In 2022, our top performer earned commissions of $272,777.

NEXT STEPS:

We are very much aware our recruitment vetting process is simply too much for MOST people & we are okay with this since we designed it to be this way on purpose. We are ONLY looking to allow the best, most trainable candidates, to join our Sales Team. Our Recruitment Process may be daunting BUT it is both worth the hassle & very fast. We are growing very quickly & in need of the RIGHT people to rapidly join our team, to help us meet the STOP-FYRE demand.


Step 1:
If you believe AKE is a good fit for you, then complete our Application.


Step 2:
Our Recruitment Selection Committee will review your Application and IF they believe you are a good fit for our Sales Team, they will invite you to a one-on-one Phone Interview with a member of our HR team. This takes up to an hour.


Step 3:
If, after the Phone Interview, they still believe you are right for our Sales Team, you will be invited to go through STOP-FYRE University (SFU). This takes one day.


Step 4:
After graduating from SFU, you will be invited to join AKE’s Founder, Allen Kronebusch, for a face-to-face personal interview at our headquarters in Rochester, MN. This takes one VERY full day & travel costs are reimbursed by AKE.


  • You MUST be willing to travel to Rochester, MN for the face-to-face interview if selected.
  • If you are unwilling to do this, please DO NOT APPLY because there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
