KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. is headquartered in El Segundo, California, and is responsible for all U.S. distribution and sales of endoscopes, instruments, imaging systems, electromechanical devices, and OR1® operating room integration technologies.

The Strategic Partnership Manager encompasses contracting strategy development and execution as well as account and relationship management efforts with the assigned Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills, ability to lead without authority, and communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

The selected candidate should live in the Los Angeles or Orange County area. Selected candidate should be near a major airport.

Job Responsibilities:

The Strategic Partnership Manager will work in collaboration with field sales and service leadership to identify the strategy for assigned IDN's to achieve access and profitable growth of the full KARL STORZ Endoscopy portfolio. The Strategic Partnership Manager will lead contracting activity for assigned Health Systems. Must thrive working in a fast-paced, team-selling oriented and innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management and negotiation skills, ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years of work experience in complex selling environments where multiple decision makers are in play. Corporate Account, Strategic Business Management experience encouraged.
  • Experience working with capital supply chain teams strongly preferred
  • Existing relationships and documented track record of success working within GPO's and IDN's strongly preferred
  • Effective communicator with demonstrated abilities to connect with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications with emphasis on Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fact based decision maker using data, experience, and stakeholder input to drive optimal outcomes that deliver market share and revenue growth within assigned accounts
