Strong Tower Insurance Group is seeking an EXPERIENCED, confident and assertive professional with a proven record of success to join our team in Arizona. Applicants with established Arizona residency is preferred, in person interview required.

Remote work available intermittently, primary office is in Gilbert, AZ.

The Commercial Lines Account Executive will receive:

• Base Salary plus performance incentive

The Commercial Lines Account Executive will be responsible for:

• Management of an established book of business
• Meeting daily servicing needs of clients including market research, proposals, applications, processing payments, etc.
• Preparing applications, binders, certificates of insurance, etc.
• Support implementation of Intelligent Risk 365™
• Utilize technology systems to maximize workflow
• Promoting and growing our company
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and carriers

The best candidate for this position will have:

• Minimum 2 years insurance service experience, commercial insurance preferred
• Current Arizona Property & Casualty license, Life & Health preferred
• Ability to cross-sell and up-sell to retain business
• Proven interpersonal skills to build outstanding and long lasting relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, client data systems
• Strong organizational and record keeping skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workflow
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Arizona Property and Casualty License (Required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
