Under the direction of the VP of Sales and Bid Administrator, the Bid/Sales Department Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties for the Bid and Sales Departments.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Assists with preparation of bids and bid recaps
- Assists with audits and billback discrepancies
- Maintains an exemplary working relationship with other department personnel
- Answers telephones and directs calls as needed
- Assists all departments with periodic filing and purging
- Complies with federal and state safety regulations, and with company safety policies and procedures
- Reports nay concerns about housekeeping safety or damaged equipment to immediate supervisory or safety coordinator
- Completes all administrative, clerical, and other tasks as assigned or required.
What Experience, Skills and Attributes Will You Need to Be Successful?
- Foodservice industry experience preferred with demonstrated customer service background and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient with AS400 NCR/Retalix Software and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What Do We Offer?
Current Employee Hourly Pay Rate Schedule: $20.25 to $23.25 per hour (Starting pay is dependent on qualifications; target start rate is $20.25 per hour)
