In order to support our growing business and retail footprint, we are currently seeking dedicated Retail Sales Representatives to be a part of our extraordinary sales team. We offer competitive pay starting a $11.00 - $13.00 an hour plus sales commission for all sales team members.

Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds

Ability to regularly stand for long periods of time

Ability to operate all office and wireless equipment pertinent to the position

Available 40.00 hours per week, including; days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Demonstrates clear communication in listening, writing, and speaking

Consistently demonstrate a commitment to Corporate Brands' policies and procedures, including but not limited to; attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities

We're seeking enthusiastic, active individuals to fill full-time positions as Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and willing to go the distance to achieve results. The Sales Representative will be a part of a team that works together to educate customers about our products and services, and will be responsible for creating a sales environment that is stable, pleasant and profitable.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and close sales opportunities.
• Handle price objections and negotiate pricing with customers.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees.
• Maintain and improve good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to make sure orders are delivered on time.
• Develop and present new marketing strategies for department.
• Manage a sales team.
