• RideNow Powersports Apache Junction is looking for highly motivated Internet Sales Specialist to enter the exciting world of Powersports! RideNow is the nation’s largest purveyor of good times! We carry a huge selection of UTVs, ATVs, Motorcycles, Personal Watercraft, and more. We are a team of riding enthusiasts that are passionate about our customers and the services we provide.

• Pay: $750 biweekly + commission!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales opportunities and drive traffic to showroom.
• 80-100 outbound phone calls to sales prospects.
• Follow RideNow approved scripts for talking to customers via phone and internet chat.
• Strategizing customer interactions, setting appointments, and notating all records of communication contact/attempts.
• Maintain and coordinate with third-party vendors and internal departments to ensure the web site content is operational, up-to-date, and relevant.
• Analyze web measurement data to make recommendations and implement improvements.
• Develop, execute, and analyze internet marketing campaigns including search engine keywords and banner ads.
• Develop an understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features between models to help with sales.
• Stay up to date on our current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase; new and used products.
• Use daily web-based programs, customer record management program, and Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

• Must submit to a background check and drug screening.
• 1+ years’ experience in sales preferred.
• Previous dealership or powersports experience is a plus.
• Must have weekend availability.
