In the heart of Southern California, Swirl Boutique currently operates three boutiques! First established in 2006 in Encinitas, with its sister store having opened in San Clemente in 2009 and Carlsbad in 2019, its carefully curated mix of designer brands keeps fashion lovers coming back for more. From clothing to shoes to jewelry to one on one styling, Swirl truly connects to every unique customer. New styles arrive daily, yet the atmosphere in the store feels like home! HOW WE IMAGINE YOU:

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and dynamic team member that has 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role for our Encinitas location. You are a multitasker, creative, and proactive who has a deep understanding and care for the brand. You have styling experience in retail fashion and / or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands with the ability to translate that knowledge into solving customer styling needs. You strive to offer a unique experience that makes clients, new and existing, want to shop with you for years to come. You are seeking opportunities for growth and see yourself in a more permanent position. You excel in a boutique environment where you are surrounded by talented and passionate people like yourself. You are proud of your ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the client remains the top priority.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

From day one, you will learn how to uphold the daily tasks of Swirl Boutique by personally styling clients, overseeing the integrity of the store, helping with social media efforts and having your own creative input, all while learning the ins and out's of the business. You will develop your skills and be given responsibilities. You will be given all of the tools necessary to succeed, and there will always be a team member there to help you along the way.

As a Swirl Stylist, part of your responsibilities will be:

Deliver a high level of customer service with a positive attitude.

Take initiative to build a loyal clients while maintaining our existing client base.
Personally styling clients.
Overseeing the daily operations of the boutique.
Assisting in social media efforts.
Merchandising and keeping the boutique fresh.
Working closely with management to achieve all necessary goals.
