To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of a store (or number of stores). You should be goal and results driven. Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Support sales associates with day-to-day store operation
• Evaluate department and individual performances
• Report on sales results
• Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Plan and execute in store events
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction'
