Converge IoT is looking for the right individual to join our organization as a Sales Assistant. The position will be an in-office position at our Coral Springs HQ. Remote work is not an option for this position.

The role would be to support our Sales Leaders with duties such as but not limited to:

· Answering phones, greeting clients, or arranging meetings

· Communicating with customers via phone, email, or text to answer questions about the products or services.

· Making updates to PowerPoint presentations, Statements of Work, and the like

· Entering sales data into our CRM

· Creating sales reports

· Maintaining client databases and updating customer contact information

· Coordinating with vendors to track orders, ensure prompt shipment of goods, and confirm delivery dates.

· Coordinate with Marketing Team to be in the know on all email promotions and communications going out to carrier reps and customers.

· Scheduling appointments and arrangements associated with in-house meetings, remote road shows, tradeshows, and events.

· Assisting with the development of proposals and presentations to potential clients

· Keeping track of customer records and contracts in order to manage accounts.

· Checking on Sales email boxes and replying to customers, vendors, and prospects

If you have a background in technology products or working for a wireless carrier that is a benefit, but the most important skills are:

· Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Quotes)

· Reliable

· Detail Oriented

· Outgoing and willing to take the initiative to get an answer or solve a problem.

· Enjoy prospecting and talking to clients on the phone.

· Motivated to make bonus compensation.

· Eager to learn new products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Coral Springs, FL 33065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
