POSITION TITLE: Sales Administrator, Ultra PRO Creative Division

REPORTS TO: Senior Vice President- Creative Division

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

To facilitate the sales process at all stages, from pre-solicitation maintenance through post-sale customer service.

• Collaborate with multiple support teams company-wide (Logistics, Marketing, Finance, E-Commerce and Warehouse) to ensure the solicitation, sale, delivery, and documentation proceeds through all phases smoothly.
• Work with Senior Director of the Creative Division to build and expand upon customer lead lists and grow sales channel opportunities.
• Work closely with our in-house Amazon and Shopify teams to ensure maximum sales potential and positive customer experience on our E-Commerce platforms.
• Generate and distribute reports tracking sales and performance metrics to company executives and support teams.
• Maintain relevant internal data files and documentation, as well as external resources for customer access.
• Lead the customer service experience for retail and key accounts by responding to inquiries, assisting in order issues, providing information, generating appropriate internal documentation, etc.
• Work extensively within the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Create shipping labels and ship sample requests, as well as additional mailings.
• Conduct routine weekly reviews of inventory, customer orders, and E-commerce platforms.
• Very light travel to local trade or expo's may be requested.

Education/Experience Requisites

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business, Marketing, or a STEM field required.
• Requires 3+ years of combined experience within a relevant position, or work experience that exemplifies similar competencies and includes but is not limited to:
• Data Entry & Organization
• Customer Service
• Reporting & Analysis
• Inventory Management
• Solicitations
• E-commerce or retail management

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
