Position Summary
Looking for a pleasant, fast, doer with strong technical and marketing skills and lot’s of phone based client account management and upsell experience in a dental/medical field. This is a volume account management job, not just a handful of accounts. Throughput, organization, and speed are a must. Great pay and excellent benefits including fully paid health care and 401k. Dental/medical account management experience is a big plus.
You will manage a book of 200+ dental offices and will speak with the dentist or office manager every 3 or 4 months about their marketing products and results. All work is done by phone with our clients around the country. Will need a strong knowledge of marketing and the dental industry. You will keep client account info organized through detailed Salesforce notes and tasks. Strong communication with the team and clients.
Pay ranges from $55,000-$65,000 annual base DOE plus commissions totaling $100,000 OTE with no cap. The position includes a fantastic benefits package with a fully paid family health care plan in the IHC network (up to $18,000 per year value), with four weeks paid vacation and 10 paid holidays annually.
Responsibilities
- Retain a book of 200+ dental offices
- Build relationship on quarterly calls
- Gather referrals and upsell additional products for clients as needed.
- Follow written processes
- Complete Summary & Action Item emails with each quarterly call
- Effectively communicate product details
- Keep detailed Salesforce notes
- Handle escalations within your book of business

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years inside/phone account management/sales experience
- B2B dental/medical experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
- High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
- Google platform proficiency
- Type 40+ WPM
- Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
- Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
