Full description of the position

Overview:
At EIM, we are reimagining healthcare education to humanize patient care in every community. EIM partners with universities to help them develop graduate level healthcare programs (Doctor of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy Doctorate, and Physician Assistant) that are delivered in a hybrid, accelerated curriculum format. The purpose of EIM’s admissions department is to work with partners behind the scenes to develop and execute student recruitment strategies, meeting their program and enrollment goals. We have a team of Admissions Advisors who each individually represent a singular University partner program, but comprehensively make up the admissions department. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4-5 Admissions Advisors and their work efforts. The manager will be responsible for ensuring partner satisfaction of this admissions service, as well as relationship management and reporting. Working closely with the Director of Admissions, the VP of Marketing and the Senior Director of University Partner development, the ideal candidate will help foster “lifelong learners” through our cutting – edge educational offers

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of a Client Success Manager:
  • Through strong leadership, coaching, and development ensure team KPIs are met/ exceeded to achieve financial growth goals of EIM. The ability to build connections quickly, assume a leadership role with a tenured team and drive continuous improvement.
  • As a Client Success Manager you must be able to establish rapport with existing team members, be capable of coaching and developing both quantitative and qualitative skills to ensure an ongoing “bench” within admissions.
  • Recruit, coach and develop Admissions team as we scale. Inspire team, assess, and prioritize tasks and drive behavior change to foster resilience, solutions-oriented thinking, and accountability.
  • Raise challenges, suggest solutions, and take responsibility as a leader for bringing solutions to fruition to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Lead a team and facilitate auditing and improving processes and systems that ensure a consistent UP student enrollment experience.
  • Develop and share quantitative analysis throughout the Admissions process to aid in planning and ensure your Admissions advisors meet/exceed UP goals.
  • Ability to multitask with strong problem solving and time management skills.
  • Work collaboratively and cross functionally with EIM’s team of UP operational leaders.
  • Provide accurate data and reporting insights requested by Director of Admissions, VP, Marketing and Director University Partnerships
  • Lead and champion University Partner programs as a Client Success Manager and participate and present results in monthly student recruitment/admissions meetings.
  • When appropriate, direct the analysis of existing and emerging technologies and their potential use.
  • Adhere to strict data compliance to protect student privacy and University Partners.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications:
Qualifications of a Client Success Manager:
  • College degree required
  • 3+ years leading an inbound or outbound sale team.
  • 3+ years' experience using Salesforce, Student Information Systems or similar platforms.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
