McCaskey Landscape & Design is a full-service landscape company with extensive experience in outdoor living spaces, water features, property maintenance, and snow removal. In business since 2003, we are again experiencing a rapid growth period and are looking for an experienced and well-rounded individual join our team!
Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain a positive company image for all current and prospective maintenance clients.
· Strong focus on client retention and enhancement sales opportunities.
· Be the main company contact for maintenance clients via face-to-face meetings and electronic communications. Answer client phone calls/texts/emails within 24 hours.
· Meet with clients/prospective clients to discuss projects.
· Create maintenance proposals to present to clients.
o Send contracts primarily through Adobe Sign, some in-person.
· Identify and sell change orders; create work orders for the Production Team.
o Every service is to have a 2-D print of property, a work order, and a picture of the existing area.
o Write materials lists for jobsites.
· Work with the Sales Team, Production Manager, and Maintenance Crews to ensure client needs are met and projects are done within the estimated time budgeted.
· Perform routine quality assessments on properties to ensure they are meeting client and McCaskey Landscape & Design standards.
o To be completed four times per season. Check jobsite P&L hours; work orders that are sold but not realized; quality control; possible add-on services or site enhancements.
· Perform quarterly and end-of-season jobsite P&Ls for all maintenance clients.
· Maintain updated records of client contact information and communications through company software.
· Quickly and efficiently resolve client problems or concerns.
· Help with employee relations in the field and training.
· Work with the Accounts Receivable department for accuracy in invoicing and identifying change orders to be billed.
o Sign off on all billing worksheets from A/R for final approval.
· Join a networking organization and participate regularly.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Based on experience: $45,000 - $60,000
· Paid vacation time. No week-long vacations April – June.
· Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
· Health insurance after 90 days including medical, dental, and vision.
· 401(k) retirement plan after 1 year. Company contributes 3% of gross earnings. Optional employee contribution.
