We are currently seeking to hire an Outside Sales Area Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing assigned clients through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts and creating new accounts to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Solicit sales of company products and services
• Develop and manage client base through prospecting, setting appointments and visiting the clients
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Review results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Assist and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, keeping the path of resolution organized and well reported
• Execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Exposure to paper/tissue industry a plus
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Outside Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Passport (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
