Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join Warwick Hotels and Resorts as Sales Manager at our Warwick Seattle location. This person will also support our Warwick San Francisco in responding to inquiries and leads. At Warwick, we recognize the importance of and truly value our hardworking team members. Warwick Seattle is a 231-key hotel equipped with fitness center, pool, and on-site restaurant and bar. Located within a short distance of many of Seattle’s best downtown attractions, Warwick Seattle is well-positioned for leisure, business, and government travelers alike.
The ideal candidate for Sales Manager will have at least six months of hotel Sales Manager experience, or two years of experience in the capacity of Sales Coordinator within a hotel environment and covering multiple target segments. Experience in each stage of sourcing, qualifying, booking, and seeing through to completion leads and Group business is required. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate and promote the best possible experience for our guests and employees.
- Perform as a primary driver of revenue to ensure quarterly and annual revenue goals are achieved for the hotel.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships, with a service-oriented approach.
- Research, understand, and keep yourself up-to-date with industry and local competitive landscape knowledge. This includes information about citywide events or other large group bookings which may affect the hotel.
- Personally source, qualify, and book new business for the hotel.
- Respond to RFPs and other inquiries.
- Show a desire to continually drive new business in a creative manner, never settling for less than our targeted goals.
This position will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, or in the absence of a DOSM directly to the General Manager.
Qualifications
- A minimum of six months as Sales Manager, or two years as Sales Coordinator, responsible for multiple segments within a hotel environment. Washington, and specifically Seattle, experience is preferred, but is not required.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Possess excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to comprehend, read, write and speak English fluently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
