We are looking for a seasoned Management Consultant who is passionate about building innovative solutions to help our clients address their business transformation related challenges. The purpose of this role is to grow Microsoft. The firm has a keen interest in growing Microsoft into a key account. We currently do work in the Communications and Change Mgt. space - we have relationships, and we'll make introductions; you'll also have a designated Business Development partner to work alongside you. We hope you have the capability of having meaningful conversations around transformation focused on Strategy, Technology, People & Change, Experience Design, Process and Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, Program and Project Management, along with an understanding of how to connect business and technology in a meaningful and concise way.

You’ll be responsible for the development of current account(s) and the overall relationship of assigned account(s), including account growth, quality of delivery, client satisfaction, risk management, profitability, and client team effectiveness. Must be able to have a partnership model and look at things from a solution standpoint and be creative when it comes to developing & selling solutions.

YOU WILL:
  • Draw on your own unique perspectives, personality, and creativity to think big about our clients’ challenges and develop creative solutions.
  • Cultivate effective working relationship with NH counterparts (Client Executives, Client Leads, Account Teams).
  • Impact North Highland’s bottom line by building and leveraging client and team relationships that fuel growth.
  • Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through North Highland’s holistic approach to consulting. Become an expert in our full range of capabilities: Strategy, Technology, People & Change, Experience Design, Process and Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, Program and Project Management
  • Successfully managing multiple and/or complex projects at one or more clients through hands on delivery
  • Develop and implement account plans (target clients, opportunity identification and qualification, relationship maps, etc.)
  • Establish and monitor account goals and coordinate account plans with client executives and business development leadership.
  • Continuously learn and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of North Highlands offerings and services, and constraints, and develop and maintain both industry and customer relationships that benefit North Highland.
  • Partner with the NH Portfolio leaders to build strategy and approach helping to identify target accounts. Identify resource needs, align resources, hire resources, train, develop and coach team to successfully achieve goals and expectations.
  • Developing partnership relationships with the client's executive level personnel
  • Drive new account acquisition through developing and implementing target account strategies
  • Manage client investments and portfolio of projects to meet or exceed margin forecasts
  • Develop professional network through association memberships, speaking and writing engagements and community activities
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
  • 8+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience
  • Experience in expanding business opportunities within existing accounts and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients
  • Experience in at least one of North Highland’s areas of expertise, e.g., Change Management, Program Management, Data & Analytics, Process, Strategy, etc.
  • Ability to lead and participate in account strategy and execution
