Customer Support / Inside Sales Specialist (Cold Calling Exp. Req.) Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Support / Inside Sales Specialist to add to their team in Londonderry, NH. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for customer acquisition via cold calling and scheduling meetings with sales managers and customers. Previous cold calling experience is required, however previous experience with inside sales, telemarketing, or business development is ideal, and experience with CRM/Salesforce is an added bonus. To be successful in this role, you must be energetic, well-spoken, driven, organized, and comfortable speaking on the phone. To thrive in this role, you must have the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Support / Inside Sales Specialist (Cold Calling Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

• Review and prequalify potential leads
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Qualify leads and create tasks within Salesforce
• Cold call potential customers
• Maintain a list of prospective clients through Salesforce
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Schedule meeting with potential customer and sales manager

• Cold calling experience required
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Covid vaccination required
