Now Hiring - Residential HVAC Sales in Lincoln, NE

Star City Heating and Cooling is in search of an experienced sales professional to add to our team. We are one of the fastest growing HVAC companies in Lincoln! Due to rapid growth we are looking to hire immediately and have great advancement opportunities available.

The ultimate fit for this position will come with a proven track record of success and experience in advanced sales. Experience in HVAC is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Present tailor-made options of HVAC equipment to the customer
• Translate customer’s desires with solutions to fit their needs and their home
• Develop and deliver sales presentations
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge through our on-site training program

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience required
• Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Highly self motivated
• Excellent client retention skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Moderate level of physical activity (must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces)
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must pass background screening
