Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree or minimum 3 years’ experience providing customer service support in an office environment
- Experienced in systems such as Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office products.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record MVR
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales support including administration of quotes and orders and sale of products.
- Experience managing and overseeing multiple projects at once.
- Understand customer or potential customer needs from a product/service perspective and provide the appropriate documents (marketing brochures, SDS, other technical documents)
- Demonstrated a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in a small group, with customers, other employees, and the general public
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to accurately solve basic mathematic equations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Problem solving ability in a dynamic environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and establish priorities.
- Proficient with MS Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, Power Point, and Teams)
Job Summary
The House Account Manager will sell EnviroTech Services, Inc. (ESI) products to small and large businesses, governments, and industrial partners by developing relationships through telephone, virtual, and occasional in-person visits throughout the region as needed. The House Account Manager will be responsible for their own portfolio of customers and products to ensure they meet and exceed budget pro forma for each fiscal year.
This position will oversee the bid process by conducting bid analysis and pricing strategy. This includes but is not limited to commodity and specialized products throughout the region. This position will work closely with other region staff to ensure pricing and guarantee transfer of products to meet the customers’ needs and sales goals.
Under the direction of the West Region Sales Manager, this position will provide sales support to the West Sales team to ensure an elevated level of customer service and data accuracy when entering and tracking orders. This support includes screening incoming sales calls and web inquiries and maintaining customer data in the CRM system. Additional duties may include credit and collections, market research, qualifying leads, support at trade shows or organizing group events, and working on sales campaigns.
This individual is also responsible for Interstate Plant transloading activities which includes processing delivery documentation, invoicing and keeping inventory logs for transloading partners and plant. This position will operate the scale by weighing internal trucks, along with customer trucks and trailers to determine product weights for proper invoicing.
