City Wide Facility Solutions is immediately searching for an upbeat Business Development Specialist with Cold Calling Experience.

• Base Pay plus Commission per appointment set
• 50% Company Contribution to all Provided Health Care Plans

The BDS supports the sales team and is responsible for setting sales appointments and offering B2B building maintenance solutions.

Essential functions

• Makes proactive phone calls and sends emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments.
• Offers City Wide services to potential prospects that results in increased sales per month.
• Manages all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Handles incoming phone calls and requests for information.

Requirements

Position Requirements

• Sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Cold calling experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform
• Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
• Prior history of building and establishing business relationships
• Capable self-starter and team-player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
