We are looking for an outstanding FULL TIME leader with management, sales and training experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be sales-oriented, competitive, customer and team focused, with the ability to connect with clients and team members while being outgoing and passionate about starting conversations with customers. Retail Sales Associate leaders with one or more years of experience are encouraged to apply; we're looking for competitive individuals who have a passion for customer service, sales and enjoy working in a relaxed yet, at times, fast-paced environment.

Our team members earn commission for Wellness Plan sales and have opportunities to earn additional monthly performance based bonuses upon achieving performance goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The Lead Wellness Membership Advisor is responsible for sales, administrative duties, maintaining a safe and sanitary condition within the studio as well as assisting in the oversight and training of the Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) sales team to ensure proficiency of studio operations as defined by the Owner and Manager.

This position ensures that the studio is providing the therapeutic massage industry’s best customer service experience with each and every client as well as assist in motivating and developing a positive and competitive sales team culture. The Lead Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) is also responsible for assisting in coaching and mentoring the WMA Staff to ensure a flawless “Elements Experience” and meet established studio goals.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS:

• This is a full-time position (40 Hours), weekend and evening availability required

• Operations, sales, customer service experience (2 years preferred).

• Impeccable attention to detail a must

• Direct supervisory responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

• Computer proficiency – Google Docs including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Chrome & Firefox

• Retail or industry experience a plus

• Web-based scheduling a plus

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) a must

• Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment

• Ability to remain confident and calm under stress

• Valid driver’s license*

• Proof of auto insurance*

*Only if employee will be driving on behalf of the studio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
